Frank W. Virgin

About Frank

Frank W. Virgin is an Atlanta native who attended E. Rivers School, the Lovett School and graduated from Darlington School in Rome, Georgia. He returned to Atlanta and attended Emory University, graduating with a B.B.A. degree. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Frank has practiced in both Atlanta and Cobb County. He has represented individual and corporate clients in litigation in all State and Federal Courts in Metropolitan Atlanta. He has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and is a certified mediator. He has enjoyed a general practice and continues that general practice with a concentration on estate planning and probate administration.

Frank is a past President of The Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Piedmont Driving Club. He has served as Chair of the Boards of the Center for the Visually Impaired and the Georgia Cooperation Services for the Blind. He is currently serving as Secretary of The Buckhead Heritage Society.

Frank is married to the former Susan Davis from High Point, North Carolina. He and Susan have two children: Frank, who lives with his wife and family in Nashville, Tennessee; and Caroline, who lives with her husband and family in Memphis, Tennessee. Susan and Frank are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.
