Lin Mahan is a Senior Paralegal and Trusts and Estates Specialist with more than thirty-six years of experience in estate planning, Special Needs Trust planning, estate administration and guardianship administrations. Lin began her tenure in estate planning and estate administration practice in 1982 at a small father and son firm in Lake Worth, Florida. When moving to Georgia in 1993, she joined a much larger Atlanta firm, where she worked for the next twenty-six years, until she happily made the move back to a smaller firm and joined her colleagues, Kristen Lewis, whom she started working with twenty-seven years ago, and Emma Barry, at The Bowden Law Firm.
Lin is an alumna of Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, and an alumna and graduate of Palm Beach State College, Lake Worth, Florida. She obtained an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies in 1986 and soon thereafter successfully passed the examination to become a NALA Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants and she actively attends current training sessions to maintain her certification.
Lin attends Northpointe Church of Adairsville and is part of their volunteer Church-cleaning crew each month.
